I’ve been living in Town Square for over a year and overall it’s been a good experience. The community itself is one of the biggest advantages it’s quiet, family-friendly, and feels much more relaxed compared to Marina or Business Bay. There are parks, jogging tracks, and retail options within walking distance, which makes daily life convenient. The building quality is generally decent, but you can tell some finishes are mid-range rather than premium. AC works well, even during peak summer, although maintenance response time can vary depending on the issue. Minor snagging issues like cabinet alignment and small cracks appeared after a few months, but nothing major. Parking is usually straightforward if you have an allocated spot. Visitor parking can get busy during weekends. Amenities like the pool and gym are clean and usable, though not luxury-level. The main downside is the location traffic toward Al Qudra Road during peak hours can be frustrating, and it’s not ideal if you work far from this side of town. Overall, I would recommend Town Square for someone looking for affordability, community vibe, and green space especially families or couples but not if you need to be close to central Dubai daily.
