Stay away from this place—it’s a total "smoke and mirrors" situation. The building looks great from the street, but the management and owners are absolutely the worst. They are completely unresponsive, the parking is a disaster, and the internal roads are falling apart because nobody wants to take ownership or maintain them. The buying process is just as sketchy. The area is crawling with gray-market brokers who will take your money and ghost you immediately. Even if you think you have a contact with "connections," don’t trust them; they only pull strings to help themselves, not you. As for the actual living space? It's poorly thought out. The designer clearly skipped over the kitchen—it’s tiny, has zero ventilation, and there isn't even a proper wardrobe for storage. To top it off, the cooling is a major struggle, and the owners couldn’t care less. I’d give it zero stars if the app allowed it.
