Living in Cayan Tower has honestly been an amazing experience. The views alone are worth it waking up to the Marina or sea view never gets old. The building itself feels solid and well maintained, and you can tell it’s one of the landmark towers in the area. The apartments are well laid out, and the finishing is good compared to a lot of other Marina buildings. AC works properly (which is a big deal in summer), and I haven’t had any major issues with plumbing or electricity. Elevators are fast, which matters in a high-rise like this. The gym and pool area are actually really nice and don’t feel outdated. Security is always present and professional, and the lobby has that premium feel when you walk in. Location-wise, it’s perfect. You’re right on the Marina walk, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and easy access in and out compared to deeper Marina buildings. It’s not the cheapest option in Marina, but you definitely feel like you’re paying for quality and location. I’d 100% recommend it if it fits your budget.
