The location is great for communities into Doentown Dubai and it is central to a number of neighbourhoods. Great masjid close by. Large windows and lots of natural light in the apartment which is a plus. Main concern relates to the amenities, the lagoon is meant to be the selling point and it has been poorly maintained - it’s filthy. No shops or anything within the community. Parking is poor.
